QuickProfile HBsAg Test Card is double antibody sandwich immunoassay. Colloidal gold conjugated anti-HBsAg antibody complexes are dry0immobilized in the device. When the sample is added, it migrates by capillary diffusion through the strip rehydrating the gold conjugate complexes forming particales.
